உன்னை போல் ஒருவன் - திரைப்பட விமர்சனம்
நீங்கள் பல விமர்சனங்களில் படித்தது போல் இது ஒரு நல்ல படந்தான். ஆனால் குறையற்ற படம் என்று சொல்ல முடியாது.
நிறை:
- கமலஹாசன் மற்றும் மோகன்லாலின் அருமையான நடிப்பு.
- "வெட்டி சாய்க்க நான் ஒன்னும் இளனி இல்லடா, பழனி," என்பது போன்ற மொக்க வசனங்கள் வருகின்ற இந்த காலத்தில், எதார்த்தமான அழுத்தமான வசனங்கள். உதாரணம் : மும்பை அசம்பாவிதத்துக்கு பிறகும் வாக்காளர் எண்ணிக்கை குறைவாக இருந்ததை சுட்டி காட்டும் வசனம்.
- சாது மிரண்டால் காடு கொள்ளாது என்பதை ரசிக்கத்தக்க காட்சி அமைப்புடன் காட்டியிருக்கிறார்கள்.

ஹிந்தி படமான 'A Wednesday' வின் கதை களத்தை அப்படியே தமிழில் எடுத்திருக்க முடியாது. ஏனென்றால் அந்த படத்தில் நசீருதீன், தான் பயணம் செய்த மும்பை ரயிலில் குண்டு வெடித்து தனக்கு பழக்கமானவர்கள் அந்த விபத்தில் இறந்ததை சுட்டி காட்டியிருப்பார். தமிழ் நாட்டில் சமீப காலத்தில் அது போன்ற குண்டு வெடிப்பு எதுவும் நடக்கவில்லை. தமிழில் அதை எப்படி காண்பிக்கிறார்கள் என்பதை பார்க்க நான் ஆவலாக இருந்தேன் ஆனால் 'உன்னை போல் ஒருவன்' பார்த்த பின்பு கதை விஷயத்தில் எனக்கு ஏமாற்றம் தான். கோவை மற்றும் பெங்களூரு குண்டு வெடிப்பில் சம்பந்த பட்டவர்களை கொல்வதற்கும், வடஇந்தியாவில் ஒரு பெண்ணை ஒருவன் கருவருத்ததர்க்கும் என்ன சம்பந்தம் என்று எனக்கு புரியவில்லை. இந்த காட்சிக்கு வேறு ஒரு நல்ல காரணத்தை தேர்ந்து எடுத்திருக்கலாம்.
வசனம்:
மேலே சொன்னது போல் பல இடங்களில் வசனங்கள் சிறப்பாக இருந்தாலும் சில இடங்களில் கோட்டை விட்டு இருகிறார்கள். உதாரணம் : லக்ஷ்மி மற்றும் மோகன்லால் இறுதியாக சூடான வாக்குவாதம் செய்யும் காட்சியின் முடிவில், மொபைல் போனை எடுத்து செல்ல ஞாபக படுத்தியவுடன் "Now I Respect You" என்று சொல்வது அபத்தம். "படம் பார்த்து கதை சொல்" என்ற வசனம் கூட காட்சியோடு ஒன்றாமல் குழந்தை தனமாக இருந்தது.
சில குறைகள் இருந்தாலும் "உன்னை போல் ஒருவன்" பார்த்து ரசித்து சிந்திக்கவேண்டிய ஒரு நேர்மையான படம்.

i cant accept the negatives u told.. he wont say because of that bakery incident , he is doing this... he will clearly state "for example, i will tell one incident" like that.. he says by seeing such many incidents he was doing this and not for that single incident...that was just an example... In hindi film, nazurudheen claims for that train incident only, he is doing this... but here, kamal says generally and will tell that pregnant woman incident just as an example... pls see the movie clearly and understand the facts clearly before criticizing a film..
Actually even in the hindi version naseeruddin shah doesn't say that he kills those terrorists because they planted a bomb in the train. Even considering it as a random example, in the hindi version, all the events that he talks about, in some way justifies (according to him) his action of killing the terrorists. However, in the tamil version this karuvaruthal story is really disturbing and sad but is not relevant to the plot at all.
Even I liked Unnai Pol Oruvan and I am Kamal fan. But that doesn't not stop me from talking about the flaws in the movie.
I will agree with Prasanna. But I would also acknowledge the fact that Kamal always wants his remakes to look more original. Kurudhipunal, Vasool Raja are some examples. Somehow I feel Kamal is not apt to play the role. Coz everyone will know that Kamal won't support the terrorists. So the suspense will be missing even for the one who haven't seen the original. The Duo which I will choose is Prakashraj instead of Kamal and Naasar for the commissioner (even viceversa). Low expectations, High impact like the original.
All Kamal movies have his own take on the movie that differs from the original. I liked the sub-stories, even if it wasn't relevant to the plot.
